A rack optimized, highly integrated server system for high density and energy efficient applications.For high-end data center applications, virtualization platforms, or as a video server, the Intel® Server System SR2600UR features up to five expansion slots, six 3.5” drive bays, multiple I/O options, and redundant cooling, all in a 2U rack mount chassis.
The Intel® Server System SR2600UR is a rack mount 2U Server system with features that are designed to support the high-density high performance computing server market. The system is integrated with an Intel® Server Board S5520UR and is offered in two different system configurations, but in Areasys we only offer the configuration bellow:

1. Configuration: System integrated with a passive midplane, a non-redundant fan module, and 3 slot PCI-E Riser (SR2600URBRP).

• Up to two Intel® Xeon® processor 5500 series: increase server performance with no increase in power consumption
• Flexible drive options: up to 6 x 3.5" HDDs, supported by SATA ports on motherboard or SAS ports on Integrated Midplane2
